1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit the Brylla Academy website, create an account, register for a course, or use our learning resources and services. By using our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before registering or making a payment.

2. Registration and Account Responsibilities

Students must provide accurate and complete information when registering for courses and creating accounts. Students are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for activities carried out through their accounts.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact Brylla Academy at admin@bryllagroup.org.

Students must be legally capable of entering into an agreement or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

3. Course Fees and Payments

Each course has a specified fee, which will be communicated on the relevant course page.

For the U.S. Bookkeeping course, the total fee is GHS 600, comprising:

Payment of the registration fee alone does not constitute full payment of the course fee. Students must pay the outstanding balance by the stated deadline to complete their enrollment and receive access to the course.

The registration fee and course enrollment fee are non-refundable, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Students are responsible for ensuring that their payments are completed through the payment methods officially provided by Brylla Academy.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments made to Brylla Academy are non-refundable, including registration fees and course enrollment fees.

By making a payment, students acknowledge and accept this policy, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or legal obligations that apply.

If Brylla Academy cancels a course or is unable to deliver a course as agreed, the Academy will address the situation in accordance with applicable law.

Students who choose not to continue a course or who fail to complete the course are not entitled to a refund solely for that reason.

5. Course Access and Duration

Course duration varies depending on the course and will be stated on the relevant course page.

For the U.S. Bookkeeping course, the training is structured as follows:

The overall learning and support period is approximately eight weeks.

Access to course lessons will be made available according to the published course schedule. Registering for a course does not mean that all lessons become immediately accessible.

Students are responsible for following the course schedule and completing the required learning activities within the designated period.

6. Access to Course Materials and Videos

Students will have access to the course materials and recorded lesson videos throughout the course and for one additional month after the course ends.

After this additional month, access to the course materials and recorded videos will be withdrawn.

Students are encouraged to save any permitted resources they may need for future reference before their access period expires. Resources may only be downloaded where the Academy has expressly allowed this.

Students must not share their login credentials or provide unauthorized access to course materials to other individuals.

7. Course Content, Assignments and Feedback

Brylla Academy provides recorded lessons, practical assignments, learning resources, and instructor feedback as described on the relevant course page.

Students are expected to engage with the learning materials, complete assigned activities, and submit work according to the course requirements.

Instructor feedback is intended to support learning and improvement. The availability and format of feedback will depend on the course structure.

Students are responsible for their own participation, progress, and completion of required assignments.

8. Mentorship and Career Support

Where mentorship or career support is included in a course, it will be provided according to the structure and arrangements communicated for that course.

Mentorship and career resources are intended to help students develop their skills, improve their professional readiness, and understand potential career pathways.

Participation in mentorship or career support does not guarantee employment, internships, clients, contracts, or income.

Any additional services not included in a course may be offered separately and may require an additional payment.

9. Certificates and Course Completion

Certificates are subject to the completion requirements established for each course.

Students may be required to complete specified lessons, assignments, assessments, or practical projects to qualify for a certificate.

Registration or payment alone does not guarantee a certificate. Students who do not meet the applicable completion requirements may not qualify.

Any certificate awarded confirms completion according to the Academy's stated requirements and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of professional licensing, employment, or a particular career outcome.

10. Learning Outcomes and Employment Disclaimer

Brylla Academy provides practical, career-focused training intended to develop skills relevant to remote work and other professional opportunities.

Although the Academy aims to prepare students for practical work, it does not guarantee employment, internships, clients, contracts, income, or any particular career outcome.

Results depend on several factors, including individual effort, prior experience, market conditions, professional presentation, and opportunities available to each student.

Students are responsible for applying their skills and pursuing opportunities independently.

11. Intellectual Property and Use of Learning Materials

Course materials, recorded videos, assignments, templates, branding, and other content provided by Brylla Academy belong to the Academy or its respective licensors, unless otherwise stated.

Students receive permission to use these materials for their own personal learning during the authorized access period.

Without prior written permission, students must not:

Students retain ownership of original work they create, subject to any third-party rights involved.

By submitting assignments, students permit Brylla Academy and the relevant instructor to access and use those submissions for assessment, feedback, and the delivery of learning services.

Any additional use of student work, including use for marketing or public promotion, requires appropriate permission.

12. Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully when interacting with instructors, other students, and Academy representatives.

Students must not:

Brylla Academy may investigate reported misconduct and take reasonable action where necessary.

13. Website Availability and Changes to Courses

Brylla Academy aims to provide a reliable learning experience but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or learning platform.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the Academy's reasonable control.

The Academy may make reasonable changes to course content, learning materials, instructors, delivery methods, or platform features when necessary.

Where a material change affects an enrolled student's course, the Academy will communicate the change appropriately and address any resulting obligations in accordance with applicable law.

14. Suspension or Termination of Access

Brylla Academy may restrict or suspend access to an account where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its users, course materials, or the integrity of the learning environment.

Reasons may include unauthorized sharing of course materials, account misuse, serious misconduct, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Where appropriate, the Academy will notify the student of the issue and provide an opportunity to respond, subject to the seriousness of the circumstances and applicable law.

Course access may also end when the applicable access period expires, as described in these terms.

15. Privacy and Personal Information

Brylla Academy collects and uses personal information to manage registrations, process payments, provide course access, communicate with students, deliver learning services, and administer the Academy's operations.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Academy's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Brylla Academy may use third-party platforms and services to support course delivery, payments, communications, and other operations.

The availability and use of these services may be subject to the relevant third party's terms and policies. Brylla Academy is not responsible for independent changes to third-party services beyond its reasonable control.

17. Changes to These Terms

Brylla Academy may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in its services, operations, or legal obligations.

The latest version will be published on the website with its applicable revision date.

Where required by law, material changes will be communicated to affected users.
